Befriending offers friendship, company and connection. Bringing the outside world to you.

Get out, improve your health and wellbeing, and meet others through our activities – specially for anyone over the age of 18 with a physical disability.

If you have a physical disability, and live in Edinburgh and Lothian, we may be able to help improve your quality of life through our activities, befriending service and grants fund.

Referrals welcome for isolated adults looking for in-person or distance befriending.
