Seated Tai Chi
Tuesdays 1.15-3.15pm
A chance to improve your health, strength, co-ordination and confidence through slow gentle movements. Tai chi is good for relaxation and health. This seated variety is for anyone of any age. It can:
- Increase muscle strength
- Reduce joint pain
- Reduce stress
- Improve co-ordination
- Improve flexibility
- Lower blood pressure
- Strengthen the immune system
Available in person and online via Zoom.
All of our activities cost £2.30 per 2 hour session, new members are able to try an activity for two weeks for free. For those eligible, our grants can help pay activity fees and transport costs.
