Sheila Donnelly

Yoga Group Leader
Area: Yoga
hello@ecas.scot

My name is Sheila and I’ve been teaching yoga now for 30+ years I am astonished to realise! I did my training with the Scottish Yoga Teaching Association. The type of yoga I practice is known as Hatha which focuses on posture, meditation, relaxation and breath practice.

Over the years I have taught students (in groups and one-to-one) and ranging from leisure and special needs to long term prisoners and children. Throughout my time as a teacher I have also monitored many students training to be teachers themselves, as well as attending many retreats and on-going training sessions to keep my own practice up to date.

What clients say about Yoga

We look forward to the class and the support we get from one another.

Hilda

The practising of relaxations and meditations helps to provide a sense of peace when there may be many things in our lives that are out of our control.
