John Dunn

John has worked as a GP in Edinburgh for over 30 years and has really enjoyed that privilege. On retiring from daytime practice he now works with the Lothian GP Out of Hours Service.

He lives in Edinburgh with his wife and enjoys supporting Scotland at Rugby and supports and follows Clyde FC. Presently, he is trying to visit as many Scottish Islands as he can,  and enjoys walking, cycling and golfing.

He has a longstanding interest in how society can help people with physical disability improve their health and wellbeing, and is very excited to have the opportunity to join the Ecas Board as Chair of the Grants Fund Committee.
