For most of my working career in Devon and in Scotland, I have been employed by the Charity sector with Living Options Devon and Lothian Centre for Inclusive Living. I know how a charity operates and I think that people with disabilities and deaf people should be given the same life chances and opportunities to be active and equal members of society.

I have over thirty years’ experience of working with people who have physical, sensory or mental health disabilities. I live with a disability myself as I have Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and also have an artificial hip and femur in my left leg.
