Sophie joined Ecas in March of 2024. She is a qualified pool lifeguard with experience teaching swimming and leading water activities to a wide range of adults of all abilities. She is first-aid qualified and enjoys being handy on poolside, making sure everyone is safe and having fun!
Sophie grew up swimming competitively and though she no longer competes, loves combining her passion of the water with helping others.
When she is not studying, you can probably find her at the beach swimming in the ocean, or surfing! Sophie also loves crafting and utilises her skills by volunteering for the Ecas craft group on Friday mornings.
