Andrew Herberts

Andrew works as a consultant investment manager, after a 25-year career in fund management. He has been involved with Ecas since 2009.

Having graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, Andrew spent six years with the British Army as an infantry officer. He then moved into the investment world where he remained for the last twenty-five years.  He was able to bring this experience to bear during his time on the Finance and Personnel Committee and his wider management experience will inform his current role as Chair of the Ecas Board.  

Andrew also sits on the boards of several other Scottish charities, and is a Trustee of the King’s Own Scottish Borderers Regimental Association.
