Greg Watson

Lifeguard
Area: Swimming
hello@ecas.scot
Greg

I joined the Ecas team in September 2015. I moved over to Edinburgh from Fife, after finishing  my welding qualification at college, to carry on my competitive swimming journey with the University of Edinburgh. I was introduced to Ecas through a former staff member Ewan Heeles, who is a lifeguard at the pool I train at.  I am currently a full-time competitive swimmer.

My love for the sport of swimming allows me to assist the swimming classes with the knowledge I have gained through many years in the sport. I have found a new born passion in teaching the sport.

My other interests outside work and swimming include, following my football teams, watching films and making short videos and movies.

What clients say about Swimming

Having the opportunity to get in the water and stretch my legs has helped me be more comfortable not only when in the pool but in my day to day life. The swimming group has definitely had a positive impact on me.

Colin

The swimming group has really helped me with my confidence in the water and has also helped me to get out and be more sociable.
